In honor of International Women’s Day, YouTube’s inviting you (and everyone you know) to share your fears, inspirations and hard-won wisdom in a video letter to your younger self. It all starts with two words:  #DearMe.

And the YouTube Music Award goes to...

Meet the 50 artists you watched more than 47 billion times collectively last year. Then, on March 23, see what happens when Charli XCX, Ed Sheeran and others team up with some of the best directors out there. Hint: new music videos are way more fun than acceptance speeches.
