This is Max here, founder of MaxDividends. |
In the last emails, we talked about the system. Now let me show you how it actually works in practice. Since you already have access to the app, this will be simple. |
My goal is straightforward: build a portfolio that pays me growing income for years — without needing to constantly manage it. I don’t trade. I don’t follow daily market news. Most of the time, I do nothing — and that’s the point. Here’s how the app helps me do that: |
➡️ 1) I always know where I stand. |
At any moment, I can see: |
– how much income I’m generating
– what’s coming next month
– which companies increased dividends
– how fast I’m moving toward my goal |
No spreadsheets. No guessing. |
➡️ 2) I don’t search blindly. |
Instead of scanning thousands of stocks, I start with a curated list inside the app. You can find it here: |
→ Tools → Top Dividend Stocks & Buy/Hold/Sell List |
These are companies that already passed strict criteria — the same ones I personally track. |
➡️ 3) I make decisions faster. |
When I look at a company, I don’t dig through dozens of websites. I just type the name in the app and instantly see: |
– dividend history
– revenue & profit trends
– debt levels
– valuation
– comparisons |
The 5 pillars formula checklist — everything in one place. |
➡️ 4) I don’t have to constantly monitor my portfolio. |
If something changes — I get notified. In practice, I only watch two things: whether a company cuts its dividend or its financial score drops below 80. Otherwise, I leave it alone. |
I prefer spending time with my family, talking to MaxDividends readers, exercising, or traveling. My companies keep doing their job — and the app does its job as well. |
➡️ 5) I stay motivated — the app shows me where I’m going. |
For example, I know my dividends already cover: rent, groceries, insurance, utilities. And I have a clear goal: $12,000/month in dividend income. Right now, I’m at about $7,600/month. |
The app also shows small milestones along the way — dividend increases, progress badges, little “wins” that reflect how long I’ve been investing and how my income is growing. It may sound simple, but it actually matters. |
If you haven’t done this yet, try this now: |
→ Open the app
→ Go to Tools → Max’s Watchlist
→ Pick 1–2 companies
→ Look at their dividend history and fundamentals |
That’s exactly how I start when I look for new ideas. |
🎁 Also, here’s the full recording of our recent Premium Partners webinar — a deep dive into the app and strategy, a lot of good stuff inside: |

P.S. |
🎁 I’ve also attached a small Excel file with a list of undervalued Dividend Eagles. These are companies with strong dividend histories that I personally find interesting at current prices. I highlighted a few names that I’m currently watching more closely. |
