Hi ,
If you know about Holosync, then you know one thing:
You need to use headphones for the technology to be effective.
That’s because we need to supply a specific tone to the right ear that is a little different from the one we give to the left. And the more precise those tones are, the better the technology works as intended.
Bottom line: your headphones can really make or break your Holosync experience.
That’s why we’ve offered headphones to our Holosync users for years. Back in the “old days,” that meant scouting around for existing models, buying up a bunch, and then selling them at a discount to our members.
But personally, I was never really satisfied with the quality of these affordable “off-the-shelf” models. And it never felt right to suggest some of the more high-end options that can cost an arm and a leg.
We were in a pickle. We wanted to be able to provide our members with something affordable, but still a high enough quality that their Holosync sessions were working as intended.
We also wanted something durable and comfortable, considering our folks are often using their headphones for an hour or more a day.
Basically, we wanted our cake and to eat it too, as they say.
And then we asked ourselves… Well, what if we created our own headphones specifically for Holosync users?
So we began working with various audio designers and manufacturers and in 2015 we came up with our first Centerpointe-designed headphones, the CRI-300s. These are wired, over the ear headphones that are still super comfortable and sound amazing.
Then in 2019 we released the CRI-400s, which are our lightweight, wired earbuds featuring high-resolution audio and a wide range of ear tip options.
After that came the CRI-500s, our super popular wireless earbuds - the first time we made a wireless option for Holosync tracks.
And now, finally (and after a longer than anticipated production time), we have received our first shipment of the CRI-600s. These are over-the-ear, wireless headphones that are totally optimized for Holosync. They feature a wide frequency response range, hybrid noise cancelling, a built-in microphone for phone calls, and rotating lightweight earcups.
I’ve spent a lot of time wearing headphones, friends. A lot. Of. Time. And I do own some premium headphones made by other manufacturers. But I am so happy with how these new CRI-600s came out. They sound at least as good as headphones costing three or four times what we charge for the CRI-600s. Our design team worked super hard to make sure these headphones sound great, feel great, and last a lifetime.
And right now, for Just Checking In readers, I’m letting you know that we still have a couple dozen pairs of the CRI-600s left from the very first batch! And that means you can still get them at the “early-bird price” (until they’re gone).
You can get yours right here.
But before I go, I want to ask…
What headphones are you using right now? 300s, 400s, 500s, or something else? Or maybe you’re one of the lucky ones who pre-ordered and you’ve got your 600s shipment in already.
And also... How do you like yours? Could you use an upgrade? Or have you already found your favorite headphones of all time?
Reply to this email and tell me, I’d love to know.
And until next time, this is me, Just Checking In!
