Sometimes the pain of the past can still affect us today… even if we have forgotten exactly what happened. The brain holds the key to healing it.
,
Have you ever heard a radio playing softly in another room?
You can't make out the words. Yet somehow it sets the mood of the whole house.
In 37 years of helping people heal, we've learned that old pain behaves the same way.
When something hurts too much (especially when we're young), the brain does something protective. It moves those memories far below conscious thought, where they can't overwhelm us.
It's a kindness, really. But the music keeps playing.
It shows up as anxiety with no clear reason. As pulling away from the people you love most. Or as that quiet voice saying you're not enough…
Often with no memory of where it started.
Brain researchers believe many of these deeply held memories live in the epsilon brainwave state, slower even than the delta waves of deep sleep.
But the big challenge is that it’s almost impossible to reach that kind of deep state on your own.
That’s where I know Holosync can help. Our Holosync neuro-audio technology uses carefully tuned sound to guide your brainwaves down, so reaching epsilon is as simple as pressing play.
That's why we created the Centerflow Trauma Healing program.
