A Message From Chaikin Analytics
Dear Reader,
Marc Chaikin just issued a shocking new prediction about AI.
And we encourage anyone with money in the markets to pay very close attention.
Why? Chaikin is one of Wall Street's most respected investment minds.
His former clients have included billionaires like Steve Cohen, owner of the New York Mets...
D.E. Shaw, founder of one of the world's leading money-management firms...
And George Soros, founder of the Quantum Fund with Jim Rogers...
He pioneered computerized trading on Wall Street.
His Chaikin Money Flow indicator is built into every Bloomberg trading terminal on Earth.
He used his 20-factor Power Gauge system to predict:
- The Covid Crash of 2020
- The Stealth Bear of 2022
- The "Liberation Day" Plunge of 2025
- And countless other events going back 50-plus years
His system flashed bullish on Micron before it soared 970% in one year...
Celestica before it soared 6,600%...
And Nvidia before it skyrocketed more than 50,000%...
But he's calling his new prediction the biggest and most important of his career.
According to Chaikin, a $248 trillion "White Swan" event is about to disrupt AI.
It involves a radical new breakthrough in AI data centers.
This new technology uses 99% less electricity.
It uses 99% less water.
It uses 99% less space than current data centers.
Yet it's more than 1 trillion times more powerful when it comes to generating major scientific breakthroughs.
"If our research is correct, This will shorten discovery timelines from years to days or even hours," says the veteran analyst.
That means breakthroughs that would take 5 years with current AI tech will come in just 5 days – accelerating timelines by 360-fold.
One former IBM executive calls this new tech: "A scientific instrument for the ages.
And it could secure America's AI dominance over China for generations.
Which is why the White House is spending billions to expedite the launch right now.
Even better?
The company behind this breakthrough recently flashed "bullish" in Chaikin's system.
Now he says it could be the best AI investment for at least the next 5 years.
Chaikin reveals all the details for free here, in his brand-new presentation.
He even reveals the name and ticker of the company behind the coming breakthrough about halfway through the video.
But fair warning: This is very timely information.
Chaikin says he reserves the right to take it offline at any moment.
So don't wait. Click the link above to check it out while you still can.
Sincerely,
Vic Lederman

P.S. We recommend checking out Marc's presentation right now. Drop whatever you're doing. When this company's new AI tech launches, his research shows it'll render all current AI tech virtually obsolete – instantly. How? By accelerating AI breakthrough times 360X. (Breakthroughs that were supposed to come in 5 years could come in 5 days.) The time to invest is now, he says. And he reveals the full story – and stock ticker – here, for free. Don't delay. This launch will happen before the end of this year.

This Month's Exclusive News
3 Dividend Increases Above 10%, But Which Offers the Most Income?
Reported by Leo Miller. Article Posted: 11/4/2026.

Key Points
- Visa, D.R. Horton, and MPLX each raised their dividends or distributions by more than 10% during the current earnings season.
- Visa's dividend rose over 16% on record fiscal 2026 sales, while D.R. Horton raised its payout 11% despite declining revenue and orders.
- MPLX increased its distribution 12.5% to an 8.4% yield, and its cash-flow-based payout ratio suggests stronger sustainability than earnings alone indicate.
- Special Report: The end of AI data centers coming?
With earnings season in full swing, several stock market giants are announcing sizable dividend increases. Three companies recently raised their dividends by 10% or more, including a mega-cap financial services company, a leading homebuilder, and a top player in the energy sector. One of the three offers particularly strong income, along with solid dividend sustainability when adjusted for non-cash charges.
Visa Lifts Dividend by Over 16% After 2026 Rebound
Shares of payments giant Visa (NYSE: V) have gained approximately 20% in 2026, bringing its market capitalization to around $750 billion. In fiscal 2026, Visa posted record sales of $46 billion. Note that the company’s fiscal year ends one quarter before the calendar year. Strong sales momentum has helped the shares recover after they fell more than 15% earlier this year.
Growth in the company’s value-added services (VAS) was particularly strong, with constant-currency sales rising 30% year over year (YOY) to $14 billion. The company projects another solid year for this segment in fiscal 2027, forecasting VAS growth in the low- to mid-20% range.
Visa has also announced a large dividend increase of more than 16%. The company’s quarterly payout will rise to 78 cents per share, up from 67 cents. Visa intends to pay its next dividend on Dec. 1 to shareholders of record as of the close on Nov. 10.
This lifts Visa’s forward dividend yield to approximately 0.74%. Despite this relatively low yield, Visa has grown its dividend at a brisk five-year annualized rate of more than 14%. Visa also has a low payout ratio of about 22% based on trailing 12-month earnings, leaving significant room for increases.
Homebuilder D.R. Horton Ups Dividend 11% Despite Tough 2026
D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) is one of the largest companies in the U.S. homebuilding industry. The company notes that it recently completed its 25th consecutive year as America’s largest homebuilder by volume. The stock has lagged the broader market in 2026, with shares nearly flat for the year.
Elevated interest rates and low housing affordability have been substantial headwinds for companies in this space. In its latest quarter, D.R. Horton’s net sales orders were down 7% YOY, and its home sales gross margin fell short of expectations. In fiscal 2026, which ends one quarter before the calendar year, the company’s revenue fell approximately 3.5% to $33 billion. The company expects another sales decline in fiscal 2027, with midpoint revenue forecast at $31 billion.
Despite its weak recent performance, D.R. Horton has announced a hefty 11% dividend increase. The company plans to make its next 50-cent payment on Nov. 19 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12. The stock’s forward dividend yield is now near 1.4%. While not particularly high, DHI’s yield is above the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust’s yield of approximately 1%. Based on trailing 12-month earnings, DHI’s payout ratio is around 18%, leaving its dividend well-supported.
High-Yield Energy Name MPLX Lifts Distribution Over 12%
MPLX LP (NYSE: MPLX) is a key player in the midstream energy sector, with a market capitalization near $58 billion. The stock has appreciated nearly 8% in 2026, and the firm’s sizable distribution brings its total return to approximately 14%. In its latest quarter, MPLX reported adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of $1.9 billion, up 5% YOY. With multiple projects ramping up in 2027, the company expects stronger EBITDA growth despite headwinds from asset sales.
MPLX has also increased its quarterly distribution by 12.5%, bringing its annual distribution to $4.84 per unit. MPLX’s next payment of approximately $1.21 per unit has a record date of Nov. 6 and a payment date of Nov. 13. The stock’s forward dividend yield is now near 8.4%, making it one of the highest-yielding stocks in the U.S. energy sector.
Based on trailing 12-month earnings, MPLX’s payout ratio appears very elevated at approximately 93%. However, because of significant non-cash depreciation expenses associated with its infrastructure, a traditional payout ratio is not the best metric for assessing the sustainability of MPLX’s distribution. In contrast, its cash-flow-based payout ratio of about 71% suggests the distribution is much more sustainable.
Watch Project Ramps as MPLX Eyes Significant Distribution Increase in 2027
Visa, D.R. Horton, and MPLX offer a range of dividend yields, but all three are clearly making strong efforts to return more capital to shareholders. Looking ahead, MPLX notes that asset sales could affect its ability to deliver another 12.5% increase in 2027, although it still expects a significant increase.
The size of the firm’s next increase could depend on how quickly its projects ramp up to replace income lost through divestitures. The company expects to complete its Titan 2 natural gas project by the end of 2026, making progress toward that timeline an item to watch next quarter.
