Heart health is more than just blood pressure and cholesterol. It turns out the HRV also makes a huge difference.
,
Most of us picture a healthy heart as a metronome. Steady. Even. Tick, tick, tick.
It turns out a healthy heart is a little less predictable than that.
At 60 beats a minute, your beats don't land exactly one second apart. One might come at 0.8 seconds, the next at 1.2. Doctors refer to this as HRV: the variation between heartbeats. And they read a higher number as a sign of a flexible, adaptable heart.
That flexibility is how your heart settles back down after a stressful moment instead of staying revved for hours.
And this is the part most people miss…
HRV follows your nervous system. So when car trouble, bills or strained relationships keep it on high alert from morning to night, your heart's crucial flexibility starts to weaken.
And that’s where Holosync makes a huge difference.
You see, a few years ago we partnered with Sweetwater Health to measure the effects of Holosync use on HRV.
These were the results (a higher number means more heart flexibility.):
Someone who had not used Holosync before: 695
An intermediate Holosync listener: 5,328
A longtime Holosync listener: 12,430
That longtime listener's heart showed more than 17 times the flexibility of the non-listener!
And making that kind of heart-based support easy to experience is what Mind-Body Total Rejuvenator was designed for.
