Here's something I've been thinking about lately.
There's a small moment between the thing that happens to you and the way you respond to it.
Someone says something sharp. A plan falls through. An accident throws a wrench in your plans. And in that space, before you’ve decided anything, a response is already on its way.
Most of us never notice it. We live on the far side of it, wondering why the same reactions keep showing up in the same situations.
That space is where your life is quietly being decided.
And it’s something you can learn to control.
That’s what our Master Your Life course was created to teach. Not positive thinking. Not willpower.
Awareness as a skill you can actually practice.
Because willpower fades the moment stress shows up. Awareness doesn’t.
When you can see a reaction forming, you can interrupt it. And when you can interrupt it, you get to choose something else.
That one skill sits upstream of almost everything. Your stress. Your relationships. The way you handle the moment that used to handle you.
