This is the last of my quickie emails -- the Tom Woods Cruise comes to an end tomorrow morning.
It's been a blast, though, with all kinds of fun activities, a show just for our group by magician Doc Dixon, top-notch people, and when we played a huge game of Pictionary, someone actually managed to guess "socialist calculation problem" correctly.
I do want to tell you about the upcoming issue of the Tom Woods Elite Letter, my physical newsletter that arrives in your mailbox -- ain't no other podcaster sending you a print newsletter. Among other things, this issue includes:
-- Marco Rubio, the IQ test many conservatives are failing -- My remarks at a fancy dinner with Ron DeSantis -- The Woods Guide to Las Vegas, the most Ayn Randian city in America -- The best attraction there (moms and dads, you'll be a hero for going there), and you'll almost certainly miss it -- How to eat at a very fine steakhouse on a Friday night without a reservation
-- (Lots of other surprises about Vegas but I wanted to mention only these) -- Why I just mailed one of my readers a check for $4299, and the simple way you can be next -- The college where I had lunch with the president, and where you can entrust your children without hesitation
-- Why we can't "just move on" from Covid -- The projected number of excess deaths over the next 15-20 years from the Covid lockdown unemployment shock alone, per NBER -- "Welcome to Iowa, a state that doesn't care if you live or die," said the Washington Post. Let's see how that turned out (and if Iowa ever got an apology) -- Oh, "deregulation" caused the 2008 crash? The one question that shuts those people up
-- and a lot more.
Subscribe and you also get an invite to my Christmas party outside Orlando on December 5. These are well worth traveling to: two chefs prepare a delicious meal in my kitchen, you'll spend the evening with great people (including a few minor celebrities), and I always have a fun surprise.
Make your stand against the digitalization of everything and enjoy old-fashioned print reading material delivered to your mailbox -- all fresh material you won't find in the emails. (You know that happy feeling you get when something fun arrives? My newsletter gives you that feeling month after month!)
This issue goes to the printer over the weekend, so get in by today to get it:
