This is just a friendly reminder that registration is open for The Phoenician League Investment Summit, which is scheduled for October 6th through the 9th, with a special VIP Q&A session on the 10th.
Each day of the Summit will feature different speakers and themes. We covered Day One last week – laying the monetary foundations. For Day Two, we’re going to get into markets and the macroeconomic picture.
To kick us off, Tom Dyson of Bonner Private Research will talk to us about the meaning of capital, finance, economics, gold, the monetary system, business, government, trade, prices... and the meaning of existence itself – all through the eyes of an engineer.
I promise, this is the kind of big picture thinking that you won’t find anywhere else. If you aren’t familiar with Tom, you’re in for a treat.
Then Nick Giambruno of Financial Underground will join us for a dense discussion on the macro climate and how AI is going to change everything. In Nick’s view, we will have to learn to deal with inflation and deflation at the same time... and he has some specific ideas for exactly how to do so.
Our third speaker of Day Two will be E.B. Tucker, who is another big-picture thinker with a unique perspective. E.B.’s session is titled The Race You Already Won... and I bet his suggestions will surprise you.
Finally, Dan Denning will close out Day Two with his session The Intelligence Revolution and Its Consequences. If you are familiar with what his title hints at, you’ll have an idea about what this one is about. In short, we’re going to talk about the AI boom both from an investment and a societal standpoint.
This is going to be a fascinating day. I expect that we’ll all walk away from it with some ideas that we hadn’t considered before.
