A Message From Paradigm Press Below is an important message from one of our highly valued sponsors. Please read it carefully as they have some special information to share with you.
The next 34 days may be the most important of your life. Because I believe, starting December 8th, Elon Musk will create 1,806,000 new millionaires over the coming years. Will you be one of them? That’s the decision you need to make today. Hi, James Altucher here. And I have compiled proof that Elon Musk plans to launch his biggest project yet. The details are locked inside of a steel briefcase… A briefcase I will open and share with you at my Millionaire Maker Masterclass. Elon Musk has worked tirelessly to keep this plan under wraps. Because for the first time in his career, Elon is NOT trying to make headlines… He’s trying to avoid them. And the moment this hits the mainstream… it’s going to absolutely explode. And there will be NO going back to the way life used to be. Forget Paypal. Forget Tesla. Forget SpaceX. This will dwarf everything Elon has ever done before. It’s bigger. It’s better. And I believe it will be the biggest wealth creation event in history. Right now, only a small percentage of the world’s population knows what to expect. Among them? A hedge fund titan… the world’s largest asset manager… a global hedge fund giant… And after today, you. This, right here, is a FREE MASTERCLASS where I help you get positioned to be one of Elon’s Next Millionaires. Click here, and you’ll know everything there is to know about what Elon is planning… You’ll understand why it could create the most wealth we have seen in human history… You’ll have the proof that this is ALL coming to a head on December 8th… And you’ll know exactly what to do over the next 34 days to become one of Elon’s next millionaires. Imagine on December 8th… Thinking back to THIS email. Will it be the moment you made the single decision that could transform the rest of your life? Or will it be your biggest regret? That’s the choice in front of you today. And the best part - this masterclass is completely free to watch. There’s zero risk to you. Just a few minutes of your time to see THE PROOF for yourself. There's even a gift worth $1,000 waiting inside — only for a limited number of people who act fast today. But first, a warning: December 8th is quickly approaching — and this masterclass is for action takers only . If that’s you, then click here now. And welcome to the inside… James Altucher Editor, Altucher’s Investment Network

The AI Buildout Is Only 15% Complete—Here Is Where the Next Dollar Actually GoesWritten by Bridget Bennett. Posted: 10/21/2026.
Key Points
- Dan Ives views AI spending as less than 15% complete, with NVIDIA, Advanced Micro Devices and Palantir Technologies among the leaders of the buildout.
- Meta Platforms, Microsoft and Apple are leaning on massive install bases and cash flow to monetize AI.
- Ives sees over an 80% chance that Tesla and SpaceX merge by the end of 2027, while Adobe and Intuit face real AI headwinds.
- Special Report: Financial legend: “This is bad, really bad...”
AI stocks are selling off, and the reflex is to treat that as the market finally pricing in reality. Dan Ives, the longtime technology analyst who left Wedbush to launch Yorkville Ives, sees it differently. By his estimate, less than 15% of total AI spending has occurred. That figure shifts the question from whether the buildout will pay off to which layer will be funded next—a far more useful debate while the tape is red. Why the AI Spending Cycle Still Has Room to RunIves describes the AI cycle as a party that started around 9:30 p.m. and is now closer to 11:30 p.m. More companies keep getting let into the club. It is no longer just NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) and Jensen Huang holding the door. Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ: AMD), Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR) and Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW) are all inside now, and his view is that the night will continue for several more hours.
That does not mean the ride will be smooth. Macro shocks, geopolitics, circular financing arrangements and capital expenditures (CapEx) are all potential sources of white-knuckle moments. The argument is about duration, not comfort. What AI Regulation Could Mean for Technology StocksTechnology has always moved faster than the rules written to govern it, and this cycle is no exception. Guardrails are coming, mostly in the form of self-regulation. The more interesting market read is competitive rather than moral. For the first time in roughly three decades, the United States appears to be ahead of China on the technology frontier, and a deliberate slowdown here would not come with a matching slowdown there. There is also a positioning game within the safety conversation. If the leading labs agree to throttle development, the companies already at the top preserve their lead while everyone behind them stalls. Call it regulatory capture with better branding. Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META) could accelerate into exactly that kind of pause. Sovereign AI Gives Palantir a Different Kind of TailwindThe safety story is not only a risk line; it is also a revenue line. Cybersecurity stocks have already shown what happens when enterprises decide protection is nonnegotiable. Sovereign AI is the next version of that idea: Companies want their data working for them without handing it wholesale to model builders. Palantir has been selling that message for years, and NVIDIA has leaned into it, too. One company’s constraint keeps turning into another company’s contract. Install Base Is the Quiet Advantage for Meta, Microsoft and AppleMeta’s Muse assistant matters less as a product launch than as a monetization lever across roughly 3.5 billion users. Convert even a slice of that audience through advertising or commerce, and the math behind Meta’s spending changes. The friction is already showing: Amazon blocked Muse from its store in September, previewing how hard platforms will fight over whose agent touches the customer. Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) took a bruise on Copilot share, but Azure is the line that actually matters as enterprises migrate workloads. And Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL), now under new CEO John Ternus, has 1.5 billion iPhones and roughly 2.5 billion iOS devices to work with. Being late is survivable with an install base like that. The 2027 anniversary iPhone is where Ternus will be judged. Neoclouds Are Becoming a Real Layer of the AI BuildoutNebius Group (NASDAQ: NBIS) and CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV) are spending like hyperscalers without hyperscaler balance sheets, and both posted quarters that looked like inflection points. The multiplier is the reason to care: Roughly $10 of surrounding spending follows every dollar invested in an NVIDIA chip. Power, cooling, networking and, eventually, quantum work at International Business Machines (NYSE: IBM) all sit downstream of that investment. Where the Risk Sits for Tesla, SpaceX and Enterprise SoftwareTesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) is stuck between two identities, and the robotaxi ramp has run slower than hoped. The next six to nine months are a prove-it window. Ives puts the odds of a Tesla merger with Space Exploration Technologies (NASDAQ: SPCX) by the end of 2027 at better than 80%, based on the idea that the combined data would be worth more than either piece alone. Worth noting independently: SPCX only listed in June, staggered lockups run into December, and other analysts covering the idea have called the timing uncertain. Software is the messier group. Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) has an important stretch ahead to show that customers are buying its AI story rather than building around it, while Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) and Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU) face harder structural questions. The monetization signal finally showed up last quarter at Microsoft, Alphabet and Amazon. Watch to see whether it expands into financial services, government and healthcare budgets, because that is what turns a spending cycle into an earnings cycle. . |
