I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks once again for your interest in our investment summit last week. I’m proud of how it came together, and I’m grateful for your support.
I'm also grateful for each of the speakers who took time out of their day to share their best thinking with us. We received more than a few comments from people who really appreciated that each session was authentic and thought-provoking, with no fluff and no marketing gimmicks.
To me, the summit was something of a pinnacle moment that stems from a multi-decade series of events. I’ll share that story with you tomorrow.
For today, I would like to invite you to a bonus session that we’re hosting this Thursday, October 15th at 2:00 PM Eastern. This one will feature Ron Philips, founder of Lineage – the company that put together the real estate systems and network that Shane Thompson walked us through last week.
I invited Ron to do an open-ended Q&A session with us to really drill into the topic more. He has decades of experience with real estate, and I’m sure he can answer any questions that folks might have about it. And I promise – Ron’s a straight shooter.
So if you’re interested in investment real estate using the process that Shane demonstrated for us but want some clarification on things, Ron can give you the scoop on pretty much anything.
And as is always the case, I’m sure we’ll chat about a wide range of real estate-related topics as well. Sometimes the best banter happens before the call actually starts.
Oh, and if you prompt him, you can probably get Ron going on how the government caused the 2008 crisis. If anyone wants to go down that path, I bet Ron will be up for a good rant.
And just so you know, this will be a regular Zoom call where anyone can pop in and engage via audio or through the chat. So unlike the viewing sessions we hosted last week, this one will be like sitting in the room with us. For those who would like to join us, I’ll send the access link out by email on Thursday.
By the way, this is the kind of call that we do at least once a month inside The Phoenician League. We are going to open this one up to non-members because I think it’s a great follow-on from our summit last week. So please take advantage of the special access this week if you’re interested.
