Friends,
Day Four of the inaugural Phoenician League Investment Summit is now in the books. It’s been a sprint this week, but I’m so thrilled by how it all came together.
Our sessions today were all about protection, optimization, and synthesis. Tain Nix got us started from a lake town two hours west of Mexico City. He has spent years building a life that isn't tied to a single country, and he made the case for why having international options makes sense.
Tain talked about second passports, moving a portion of your assets offshore, and why it’s easier to do today than ever before. And what I like about Tain’s approach is that it’s not about fear or paranoia. It’s about living a life of adventure and adding value with everything that you do.
If you would like to learn more about internationalization, Tain's site is https://expatphyle.com/. He has a book and a course available at that site. He's also willing to do individaul strategy calls with folks – you can get more information on that at his site as well.
Glenn Meder followed with a session on privacy and digital security. He started with a question that's hard to shake: if someone called you tonight sounding exactly like your son, in trouble and begging for money, how would you know it was really him?
Glenn explained how AI has changed what scammers can do, and then he gave us a practical checklist, from locking down your email to why your bank's security matters more than its interest rate. This was the kind of session you finish and immediately start thinking about the areas in which you might be vulnerable.
If you would like to learn more about the Privacy Academy and start to reclaim your privacy, you can get more information at https://privacyacademy.com/finance-course-page/.
Then Neal McSpadden joined us for an all-encompassing session on tax strategy. And he started by sharing the story that led him in this direction in the first place – he once received a letter from the IRS claiming that he owed $1.3 million in taxes. When he ignored it, they garnished his wages and left him scrambling to make ends meet every month.
That experience is why Neal now helps investors and entrepreneurs implement a comprehensive tax strategy. It’s all about keeping as much of what you earn as legally possible.
To quantify that, Neal suggested that if you can take a 40% tax rate down to 25%, you've gained back 15% of your year to work for yourself and your family rather than the IRS. And the more you reduce your taxes, the more you’ll have available to invest.
If you're ready to step up your game and reduce your taxes, I highly recommend getting plugged into Neal's Tax Strategy Network at https://go.taxsherpa.com/plsummit. That's where you can get more information on various tax strategies at no cost.
Finally, I closed out the week with a session that I call The Blueprint. In it, I tried to show how I integrate all the various ideas and investments we learned about this week into a single system.
To me, it’s not about making independent investment decisions. It’s about building a resilient architecture. If you would like to explore the Phoenician League and tap into our resources and our network, you can do so at: https://phoenicianleague.com/join.
Thanks again to everyone who joined us today, and to the speakers who were so gracious with their time. This concludes our regular sessions, but don’t forget that we’ll host a Q&A/implementation session tomorrow at 1:00 PM Eastern.
We will come prepared tomorrow to answer any questions you might have, and I’m confident that we can help you get started with any of the strategies you learned about this week. And I promise, you’ll only get direct answers from us. Our goal is to be of service.
Remember, you will need to pick up your VIP pass to gain access to tomorrow’s Q&A. You can do so at: https://go.phoenicianleague.com/vip
The pass is only $97, and it will also grant you on-demand access to all of the session recordings from this week. So if you missed some sessions, or if you would like to go back and revisit a particular session that resonated with you, this is your ticket to do so.
For those who join us for the Q&A tomorrow – I’ll see you there. And for those who won’t be in attendance – thanks again for a great week.
Have a great weekend!
-Joe Withrow
